Hello everyone

i know it's been a long time since i've posted anything. as most of you know, i have been busy with the store. we opened maggiemoo's ice cream and treatery on september 24 and business is slowly picking up. the mild winter has helped us alot. who would think we'd have 70-degree weather in january!

anyway, christmas has come and gone. i hope everyone had a wonderful christmas and new year's celebration. we had our usual christmas eve at the house - joey, thrina and family, dj and dwayne, michelle and family, rina and family and raffy - carlo and karen spent x-mas in jersey with karen's sister. on christmas day, we went to tita vivian's house. as always, almost everyone was there. the adults had a great time exchanging presents as this year we did the "white elephant" as opposed to drawing names out of the hat. it was fun to steal what someone else chose!

it just so happens that dec 30, 2006 was joey's big 4-0. so, we had a party on the eve of new year's eve. we had prime rib, king crab legs, pasta with pesto, and chocolate fondue and maggiemoo's ice cream for dessert.
